HUMANITY LOST
in development
Humanity Lost is a series of educational programs, including educator training, that asks urgent and difficult questions about the perpetrators of atrocity. Learners consider representations of perpetrators, as well as the dehumanization of those responsible for atrocity and the struggle to hold all perpetrators accountable for their crimes. Unsilence is proud to be a partner and supporter of Forgotten. Forgotten is an immersive virtual StoryWorld for young adults. The Forgotten experience confronts learners with suppressed collective memories of atrocity and delayed justice for the perpetrators of genocide. Forgotten is created and developed by Dr. Julia Eksner (Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences) and Dr. Danny M. Cohen (Unsilence and Northwestern University). Piloting of Forgotten will take place in Germany and the United States. |
